We are all about the mindful value of creativity, and how better to start than with young minds!
Learning what mindfulness is and how to make it your daily practice is key to a happy, fulfilled, safe life.
Using fun-filled crafts, Sarah from Inner Happiness NI will impart key skills and tools to make mindfulness fully accessible and easy to incorporate into daily life. Each week, we will explore different aspects of wellbeing with themed crafts, with FUN as our guiding principle!
These are each stand-alone sessions, but we are offering 5 weeks for the price of 4 to encourage full value :-)
In addition, for those that complete their artwork over the 5 weeks, we will put these together into Mindful Packs to take home, to keep practising and to remember daily mindfulness.
Each week, we will run 2 sessions for different age groups:
10am - 11am for 4 to 7 year olds.
11am - 12noon for 8 to 12 year olds.
In this way, Sarah can tailor her session appropriate for these ages. Please select the appropriate time when purchasing a ticket to make sure we have enough materials for each participant.
These will be held on Friday mornings for 5 weeks starting on 22nd July, with a gap before the final week: 22nd July, 28th July, 5th August, 12th August, 26th August.
